3C Software, a leader in implementing advanced costing and profitability solutions, is seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Atlanta, GA. Our flagship product, ImpactECS, is an enterprise costing & profitability platform that empowers businesses to optimize their financial performance and gain valuable insights.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will help expand our market presence while guiding clients through solutions to their cost accounting challenges. This role offers an excellent opportunity for sales professionals at various experience levels to advance their careers in a supportive, family-owned business with a 40-year legacy of excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies for our ImpactECS platform
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective client companies
- Learn to identify prospects’ costing challenges and communicate how our flexible modeling approach can address their needs
- Collaborate with our demo team to deliver compelling product demonstrations
- Participate in sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
- Partner with our implementation consultants during customer transitions
- Contribute insights into our ongoing sales strategy development
- Grow your knowledge of industry trends in manufacturing, cost accounting, and enterprise software
You’re the Perfect Fit If:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- You have experience in sales, account management, business development, or related customer-facing roles
- You demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
- You’re eager to learn about complex B2B software solutions and can effectively communicate their value
- You’re organized and capable of managing multiple client relationships and opportunities
- You’re a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
- You’re motivated to grow professionally and exceed performance goals
- You possess a consultative approach, focusing on understanding client needs rather than just selling features
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with enterprise software, SaaS, or subscription-based sales models
- Understanding of or interest in manufacturing, finance, or accounting concepts
- Demonstrated success in a previous sales or business development role
- Experience with CRM and other sales tools
