Our maintenance program provides clients ongoing assistance and up-to-date communications regarding ImpactECS software. Joining the program is optional, though highly recommended to remain on the forefront of cost management technology. With the annual subscription fee, members receive many benefits including:

  • Access to latest software releases for no additional fee
  • Technical support for all authorized ImpactECS users
  • Immediate responses to critical ImpactECS system issues
  • Priority responses to all non-critical ImpactECS system issues
  • Notification of corrections or changes to ImpactECS system
  • Discounts on Professional Services fees for consulting and training
  • Free upgrade software for new ImpactECS software releases
